Booking

HAIR BY B is located in the metro Atlanta area. Address will be provided after appointment is scheduled. Please double check that your email and/or phone number are correct on the booking site in case you need to be contacted or you will risk your appointment being cancelled without notice in the event there is an unforeseen conflict with your booking. If not, please email B@HAIRBYB.COM with the correct contact info.

All appointments require a 20% non-refundable credit card deposit that will be deducted from the total upon completion of service.

Due to limited spacing, please come to your appointment at the correct time without any guests.

Please do not schedule an appointment if you do not have potential for your appointment to take slightly longer than scheduled, especially for color clients. All clients will have different hair requirements that may require additional time.

Your appointment IS confirmed even if it says pending. However, waitlist appointments are NOT confirmed appointments. You will get an email confirmation if you have been scheduled off the waitlist.

EXTENSION CLIENTS

All extensions must be purchased from WWW.HAIRBYB.COM. If extensions you desire are currently not available for purchase on WWW.HAIRBYB.COM please email B@HAIRBYB.COM at least one week prior to your scheduled appointment date.

If you desire new extensions to be held for your scheduled appointment date instead of being shipped to you, please email B@HAIRBYB.COM with your order number and appointment date immediately after purchase.

If you desire your extensions to be colored please email B@HAIRBYB.COM to hold your extension order along with 2-3 photos of desired color at least one week prior to scheduled appointment date. Only new bundles can be colored. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Due to tight scheduling hair cannot be colored the same day as installation as it requires adequate time to process & condition. You do not necessarily have to cancel your appointment but you will not be able to receive same day color. All black color is $25 per bundle. All single process color is $50 per bundle. All double process/highlight color is $75 per bundle. You do NOT have to book this service once you book your original service. The additional cost will be added to the end of your service. Please specify if you want a price confirmation in your email in case you are unsure exactly what service you will be needing. You will be notified by email if desired color service cannot be performed as extensions have color limitations.

You may reuse previously installed bundles purchased from HAIRBYB.COM as long as they are still in good condition, but it must be shampooed, dried, and free of any oils prior to service. If you require a previous weave take down you MUST schedule it along with your extension service on the booking site. It will include your extensions being shampooed. Please keep in mind that while extensions may last well over a year, hair naturally loses volume and length from previous style and wear. If you desire the same volume and length as your prior weave, you may consider ordering 1-2 additional bundles.

NEW COLOR CLIENTS

All new clients that book any color service must send well-lit photos of your current hair and 2-3 pictures of your desired look to B@HAIRBYB.COM at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment date for a mini consultation. A final consult will be conducted in person the day of your appointment. Please include your name and appointment date in the subject line. Please also include any past chemicals that have not been cut off the hair even if it is not visible, including, but not limited to, faded rinses/color, relaxers, hennas, keratin treatments, etc. and the last chemical service date.
