• Gently shampoo extensions prior to install to remove any residual conditioning agents used during shipping.

• Use a high-quality cleansing and conditioning system. Wash with extreme care-massage downward without scrunching or rough handling. This helps prevent tangling and protects the delicate lace on frontals and closures.
  

Styling & Chemical Services

• Hair By B extensions can be colored, heat-styled, and customized to your desired look.

• To protect the curl pattern, texture, and overall health of the hair, all chemical services and installations should be performed by a licensed professional.

Maintenance & Longevity

• Sleep with a silk or satin scarf, bonnet, or pillowcase to reduce friction and preserve the integrity of extensions.

• When not in use, store extensions in a silk or satin bag or bonnet to maintain softness and shine.
