Location & Contact
HAIR BY B is located in the north metro Atlanta area (Chamblee). The address will be provided automatically once your appointment is booked and confirmed. Please ensure your email and/or phone number are correct on the Vagaro booking site. Incorrect contact information may result in cancellation without notice if a conflict arises. If you need to update your information, email B@HAIRBYB.COM.

Deposits
All appointments require a 20% non-refundable credit card deposit, which will be applied to your total at checkout.

Guests & Timing
Due to limited space, please arrive on time and without guests. Allow flexibility in your schedule, especially for color services, as every client’s hair requires different timing.

Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed even if marked “pending.” Waitlist bookings are not confirmed; you’ll receive an email if you’re moved from the waitlist.

EXTENSION CLIENTS

Purchasing Hair

All extensions must be purchased from HAIRBYB.COM. If your desired extensions are unavailable, email B@HAIRBYB.COM at least one week before your appointment.

Holding Hair

To hold hair for your appointment (instead of shipping), email your order number and appointment date to B@HAIRBYB.COM immediately after purchase. USE CODE: HOLDHAIR to remove shipping charges. 

Coloring Extensions:

  • Only NEW bundles can be colored

  • Email B@HAIRBYB.COM with your order number, appointment date, and 2–3 reference photos at least 3 days in advance.

  • Hair cannot be colored on the same day as installation.

  • Pricing per bundle: Single Process $50 | Double Process $100 | Highlights $125.

  • You don’t need to book color services separately-charges will be added to your final total. If you’re unsure which service applies, request price confirmation in your email.

  • You’ll be notified if your desired color cannot be achieved due to extension limitations.

Reusing Bundles: Previously purchased bundles from HAIRBYB.COM may be reused if in good condition, but they must be shampooed, dried, and oil-free before your appointment. 

Weave Takedown: If you need a takedown, you must book it with your extension service. This includes shampooing the extensions.

Volume & Longevity: Extensions can last over a year, but natural shedding and trimming reduce volume and length. For the same fullness, consider ordering 1–2 additional bundles.

NEW COLOR CLIENTS

Pre-Consultation

 New color clients must email B@HAIRBYB.COM at least 3 days before the appointment with:

  • Well-lit photos of your current hair.

  • 2–3 inspiration photos of your desired look.

  • Your name and appointment date in the subject line.

  • A history of any chemical services (even if grown out or faded), including relaxers, hennas, keratin treatments, rinses, etc., with approximate dates.

Day-Of Consultation

 A final consultation will take place in person before your service begins.
